the assurd marked the first milestone of making physical artwork, and presenting the relation between daily life and philosophy. The use of cardboard boxes started from this project with the idea of representing consumerism, but also the idea of using ‘found material’ and establishing the role of myself as a collector - relation finder between all the material I can gather in the world.

My first attempt of making physical character, with a comparison between physical and digital existence of the character. Video work emerged back in this project. The conversation started to develop - but it was a monologue, very personal, and a lot of complaints about the world.

Puppetry and conversation development. I started to look into plays, into how conversation can convey ideas in either literal or abstract way of saying. The freedom in choosing medium in post-digital era. Conversation topic seemed very consistent - growth, mental health and existentialism.

First attempt to approach the philosophical and self-development theme in not-so-literal way: By making connection between history and current situation, by looking back when looking forward is too difficult, by stepping outside of artist’s own head and looking more to the world. Experiment in video editing and sound making from ‘found-material’ on the internet. Part of the research about historical event and relation to modern philosophy.
